File Storage and Deletion Policy

1. Local files and cloud files

The Windows application can work with originals stored on the photographer's own computer. PhotoSeder may create and upload previews for client galleries. Depending on the plan, the photographer may also upload heavy originals or video for delivery.

PhotoSeder cloud storage does not replace an independent local or archival backup.

2. Plan limits

• Free: up to three galleries; no PhotoSeder cloud storage for heavy originals or video. A photographer may add an external delivery link such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
• Premium: 100 GB of PhotoSeder cloud storage.
• Studio: 1 TB of PhotoSeder cloud storage.

Limits apply to the total data associated with the account. Uploads may be blocked when the limit is reached.

3. Project lifecycle

Previews, selections, comments and project settings remain while the project and account are active, unless deleted by the user. Deleting a gallery or project can remove its cloud material and client access. Deletion may be irreversible after normal processing and backup rotation.

4. After a paid subscription ends

Paid benefits continue through the end of the current paid period. After that, the account normally changes to Free. Cloud originals and published videos remain available for download for 30 calendar days and may then be permanently deleted.

Projects above the Free gallery limit may become restricted. The user should reduce their number or renew a qualifying plan.

5. User deletion actions

A user may remove files, galleries or projects through available controls. Before deletion, verify that independent copies exist. Removing a client gallery link does not necessarily delete all associated records immediately; system processing and limited backups may take additional time.

6. Account deletion

An account deletion request must be sent from the registered email to info1gan@gmail.com. We may verify identity, warn about files that will be lost and complete deletion after any legally required records have been separated.

7. Backups and recovery

Limited technical backups may exist for disaster recovery and are overwritten according to operational schedules. They are not a personal archive and may not support restoration of a single file or gallery. PhotoSeder does not promise recovery after a user deletion or after the 30-day download period.

8. Security or unlawful material

We may isolate, restrict or delete files earlier where reasonably necessary to address malware, security incidents, unlawful material, infringement claims or a binding legal request. Where allowed and practical, the account holder will be notified.
